The Old Town tasting room and bistro of Lescombes Family Vineyards, named in the Albuquerque Journal for wines crafted from New Mexico grapes, including the award-winning D.H. Lescombes label. It pours the family's estate bottlings with a full bistro menu. Order a flight of the New Mexico reds and a cheese board, or settle in for a bistro plate paired to a glass the staff suggests.

A Los Ranchos estate winery the Albuquerque Journal covered for its Animante expansion, a dining hall and courtyard that opened in 2024 and drew thousands of new members. Owner John Calvin makes roughly 10,000 cases a year on the grounds. Albuquerque's sparkling-wine house, featured by New Mexico Magazine for the traditional-method bubbles that made Gruet a national name, now roughly 135,000 cases a year.
