Frosty's Christmas Bar Chicago · Lincoln Park
Each winter Frosty's takes over its Lincoln Park space for a six-week Christmas bar spread across three levels with four bars and two dance floors. Block Club Chicago and the Chicago Sun-Times both describe wall-to-wall holiday decor built around life-size nutcrackers and toy soldiers, twinkling lights and garlands, with a high-energy, adults-only party atmosphere running through the room. Order a round at any of the four bars and expect a line for photos with the nutcrackers. The pop-up has operated at this address since 2017.
Three Dots and a Dash · River North
Each winter Three Dots and a Dash's tropical room becomes the River North Pole, swapping its usual tiki decor for a snowy holiday theme. Block Club Chicago describes the transformation as a snowy winter wonderland, while the Chicago Sun-Times notes the bar's tiki cocktails reimagined for the season and served in Christmas-themed glassware shaped like holiday characters.
