Ardys Concession is a husband-and-wife Filipino restaurant that grew out of a kabob food truck familiar at the Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and at Colts tailgates. Its soul-warming sinigang, the Filipino sour soup, gets its tang from tamarind, with tender pork and greens in a light, tomato-tinged broth. Order the sinigang.
