Caglar Charlie Unlu and his wife Leman started selling baklava at farmers markets before opening this Turkish and Mediterranean spot in 2025 at Funky Town Food Hall. It is moving into a larger Near Southside space in the PS1200 complex, with Adana and beyti kebabs, Turkish menemen, and several baklava varieties on a menu built around organic ingredients.
