Binchoyaki centers its Southside Park dining room on yakitori grilled over binchotan charcoal. The skewers and a set of house koji pickles capture both sides of the kitchen, the fire and the fermentation. Set in a converted neighborhood storefront on 10th Street, the room carries the intimate, unhurried rhythm of an izakaya, where small plates arrive in a steady stream through the night.
