Bryson's Irish Pub near the airport in Virginia Gardens does not look like much from the outside, but inside there is a big indoor bar, an outdoor bar, tons of booths and TVs lining every wall. The kitchen makes everything from the chili to the chunky blue cheese dip from scratch. The wings are the order, baked, fried and then grilled, with the sweet ginger carrying a hint of heat and the buffalo sauced before the grill so the flavor seals under the char.
