Felicia Canada Rouldson and Donald Rouldson took over the old Rex's Cafe space and set Jamaican cooking alongside soul food plates. St. Louis Magazine's Pat Eby reports the curried goat arrives falling-apart tender, with Canada Rouldson describing it as spicy and full-flavored rather than hot. Order that, or the fork-tender oxtails that sold out on opening day, with Caribbean peas, collards and cabbage. The stuffed grilled fish is the other house specialty.
