Civil Kitchen, on the square in downtown Springfield, has closed its regular room for a holiday takeover in different Decembers, once as part of a citywide pop-up circuit and once as a monthlong holiday fundraiser with a neighboring steakhouse. Each version has brought its own themed decor and a special cocktail list built for the season.
