Coach House Bar & Grill on Colley Avenue in Norfolk serves the late chef Bobby Huber's Chocolate Amaretto Sin Pie. The recipe goes back to Huber's Sweet Bird of Youth restaurant in Norfolk, and followed him through both incarnations of Bobbywood, Steinhilber's and Braise; chef and owner Kevin Kern, who worked with Huber in those early days, keeps it going here. The pie is dense and deeply chocolatey, with a punch of sweet nuttiness from the amaretto coming through the richness. Order the Chocolate Amaretto Sin Pie.
