El Mero Taco grew from a food truck into a Cordova restaurant, keeping tacos at the center while expanding the menu around them. Its fillings and combinations use chef-driven technique while keeping the format casual. Order across meat and vegetable options, then pay attention to the sauces and pickles that give each tortilla a different direction.
