Fritz & Franz Bierhaus is a German beer hall in Coral Gables made for a big game, especially soccer. Long wooden mess tables, pressback chairs and servers carrying steins fill the dining room, a movie theater-size screen at one end always shows the day's biggest game, and more TVs are scattered around the giant room. It is one of the few German restaurants in Miami, so order a pretzel the size of a pizza box, wiener schnitzel or apple strudel.
