Hen House was conceived as an East Memphis wine bar, with bottles, glasses, cocktails, and shareable food shaping a social room rather than a formal dinner sequence. The Memphis Flyer covered the concept before opening at the same Mendenhall address that remains operational. Ask the staff for a less familiar glass, then add a few table-friendly plates. The current Google name is simply Hen House, which the slug preserves.
