- French
A French dining room in the former French Cafe space, with a changing natural-wine selection. The roast chicken and a reworked version of that earlier restaurant’s French onion soup anchor the menu.

- Soups
Le Bouillon, chef Paul Kulik's Old Market restaurant in the former home of the French Cafe, makes a French onion soup with a broth of rich amber color, built on a dark, rich combination of beef stock and stock made from a chicken carcass, with onions sweated in clarified butter, star anise and allspice, and a finish of emulsified foie gras and sherry vinegar. Two small slices of toasted baguette go under hand-sliced Comté and the broiler, and fresh chives and tarragon go on last. Order the French onion soup.
