The Rome Sentinel's Cara Dolan Berry covered the opening, calling Los Amigos a vibrant new addition to New Hartford's dining scene and the menu elaborate, the food gratefully authentic and just plain good. The owner came from Mexico by way of Binghamton, where he cooked in someone else's kitchen while planning his own, and chose Seneca Turnpike for it. Tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas, tamales, tostadas and taquitos are all on the menu. Order the house special fajitas, grilled beef, chicken and pork with peppers and onions.
