The California Burrito is painted on the marquee here, and it is the thing to order: carne asada, spicy pico de gallo, shredded cheddar and fries, not potatoes. Romero found the asada finely diced, juicy and well seasoned, the pico restrained, and the fries pulled from the fryer at the right moment to keep their crunch, and he called the burrito great from the first bite to the last. Green salsa on top; five salsas at the counter. Skip the Conga.
