Loui's Pizza serves deeply browned square pies in a Hazel Park dining room covered with decades of bottle signatures. Cheese reaches the pan edge to form a crisp perimeter, while sauce runs in stripes across the surface. The old school room and focused execution make the meal feel rooted in local tradition.
