Monsarrat Shave Ice is a small window next to Pioneer Saloon. It layers silky ice with fresh fruit syrups in a bowl and offers mochi and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Order coconut syrup for a haupia-like flavor or sweet mango with mochi.
