Dubbed Cleveland's HiLo bar, Never Say Dive is an elevated restaurant and dive bar mashup in Old Brooklyn that made a splash with a hot dog topped with caviar and potato chips, a dish that sums up its ethos. The dishes rotate often, from a smoked trout dip to heavier plates such as chorizo gnocchi.
