Pat's has the feel of a neighborhood rib joint, with live music history and a smoker driven menu at its core. Dry rubbed ribs are the signature, joined by brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and traditional sides. The converted industrial setting suits food that is direct, smoky, and meant to be eaten without ceremony.
