The successor to Bosa 1, the small Jones Boulevard room that closed in 2012 and came back as Pho Bosa, now on South Valley View and open Thursday through Tuesday. Smoked oxtail pho and pho bo bien anchor the soups, with bun bo hue beside them, a volcanic lemongrass and beef broth carrying beef shank, tendon and cubes of ginger-infused pork blood. Broken rice plates, crunchy cha gio and soft rice paper rolls round it out.
