Polite Provisions, a North Park cocktail room, gives its bar a full holiday makeover every winter. Some years it hosts the touring Miracle concept and others it builds its own in-house holiday theme, but the transformation itself repeats: string lights, dense holiday trimmings and a dedicated seasonal cocktail list replace the regular menu board. Order a spirit-forward seasonal cocktail from that list and expect a wait, since the room draws a crowd all December.
