The Purépecha Room at the back of this Deep Ellum taqueria serves a seven-course Michoacán dinner at a communal table, cooked in front of the seats by Regino Rojas with his mother, aunt and sister. The Infatuation scores the room 9.6 and calls it the most casual tasting menu in town, informal enough that buckets of lard sit in view.
