Dayanna Herrera opened this Gravois Avenue room in the former Appolonia space, and Pat Eby reports for St. Louis Magazine that nearly everything is made in house from scratch, as the logo's Hecho En Casa promises. Order The Habanero, her Cuban sandwich layered with ham, cheese and dill pickles on Cuban bread under yellow mustard, or the smaller round Disco Cubano. Papas rellenas, ropa vieja and a whole fried red snapper seasoned with garlic and citrus round out the menu.
