Mesquite smoke defines the experience at this old school South Side dining room. Steaks arrive with a direct kiss of the grill, backed by familiar sides and the comfortable pacing of a restaurant built for full dinners. The Western atmosphere feels earned rather than staged, and the menu rewards anyone who wants beef, smoke, and straightforward hospitality without contemporary flourishes.
