Great Wall rewards diners who look into the deeper parts of its menu. Rice cakes, clay pot entrees, noodles, and vegetable dishes offer textures and preparations that are difficult to find elsewhere in the metro. The long running Valley Avenue room has an unfussy pace that works especially well for sharing several plates.
