The Haymaker, the Fayetteville Street cocktail bar in downtown Raleigh, becomes Raleigh's longest-running Miracle pop-up every winter, redecorated into over-the-top Christmas kitsch with bartenders in tacky sweaters. The menu draws on Miracle's standing cocktail list alongside new additions each season. Order the Christmapolitan, a cranberry-and-vodka riff on the classic cosmopolitan, or the Snowball Old Fashioned, built with gingerbread bourbon, wormwood bitters and a massive round ice cube shaped like a snowball, and expect a portion of the holiday mug sales to go to charity.
