Three Bites Bakery uses playful combinations and Southeast Asian influences across cakes, cookies, buns, and rotating pastries. The downtown shop gives the small-batch operation a central home while keeping the selection focused and seasonal. Bright flavors, careful textures, and a willingness to experiment distinguish the case from a conventional neighborhood bakery.
