The Tiki Easy Bar, tucked behind Hi-Wire Brewing's South Slope taproom, closes its regular tropical menu each winter and reopens as a full holiday pop-up, part of a licensed program that also runs at other bars around the country. Now in its third consecutive season, the takeover brings island-style Christmas decor and a themed cocktail list that rotates in a new weekly special drink.
