The Rome Sentinel's Tennille-Lynn Millo traced what started as a small roasting business on Genesee Street into a national one, and toured the production hub behind the Adirondack Bank Center, set in the old New York Susquehanna and Western Railroad building with its stone gargoyles and steel staircases. Staff brought in a Probat roaster, the second in the country, for tighter control of heat and timing. Order a bag off the roaster select series, or a cup at the Genesee Street cafe.
