Wye Hill, the brewery and kitchen on South Boylan Avenue in downtown Raleigh, turns tropical each winter for Sippin' Santa. Both the interior and exterior get a full lights-and-decorations treatment built around a Christmas-in-July theme, with a tiki-inspired cocktail list replacing the regular menu. Order a rum-based tropical drink built for the season, browse the mocktail options if you are skipping the rum, and expect the regular beer list to make way for the takeover through late December.
