Tucked into an Enchanted Lake plaza in Kailua, and Frolic Hawaiʻi writers have made the drive twice over to write about it. The order is the super gyro, a half pound of woven lamb and beef carved into a warm pita with tzatziki, which Kelli Shiroma Braiotta described as a mountain of meat with the strips crispy and garlicky at the edges. Every pita comes with a side; take the garlic fries. Add the sampler platter for spanakopita and dolmades.
