Bevi Bar grew out of Bevi e Vivi, a mobile wine cart run by siblings Alessandra Pallozzi and Lucio Andreozzi, before settling into a lime-washed brick-and-mortar space in 2026. It pours regional Italian wines and amaro cocktails in the former Tiny Bar space, bringing a small corner of Italy to a Providence storefront.

Sarto builds its downtown dining room around a straight-back bar with long marble countertops, stocked with a robust list of wine, grappa and amari.
