Melanated Wine & Spirits is Lashonda Modest's Durham wine brand and tasting room, created to make Black ownership and culture visible in the industry. INDY Week describes approachable Riesling, red and white blends, and fruit driven sangria made to the company's specifications. Current tasting room hours and the house lineup continue at the Industry Lane suite.

Honeygirl ferments honey with seasonal fruit, flowers, and herbs to create meads ranging from dry to sweet and lightly sparkling. Durham Magazine describes flights and guided tastings of the rotating house lineup. The meadery now operates its tasting room at American Tobacco, replacing the older Hood Street address while continuing production tours, weekend visits, and bottle sales.

Moon Dog combines its own fermented meads with a bottle shop carrying North Carolina beer, wine, cider, tea, lemonade, and kombucha. Durham Magazine specifically distinguishes the house meads from the broader retail selection. The Broad Street taproom currently pours daily, giving visitors a chance to compare Moon Dog releases with other regional beverages in one neighborhood room.

ZincHouse operates a winery and brewery venue across an expansive property near Falls Lake. Durham Magazine documents the vineyard, tasting program, event spaces, and initial plans for house production. The current first party page now announces ZincHouse Sparkling Rosé as its first house labeled wine, while stating that the production facility remains under completion and further releases are planned.

Cloer Family Vineyards grows grapes and makes five wines on its working farm west of Apex. INDY Week names Cloer in its locally made wine coverage.
