An Arts District brewpub with roughly three dozen craft beers, named for the code names of the first two Nevada Test Site blasts. The Arts District Kitchen window turns out pork banh mi, crispy fish tacos, and a Mexican-style hot dog with bacon and queso fresco. The expanded patio fills up on weekends.

Moved into the Arts District after starting in Henderson, with a lineup that leans into less-common styles like citrus-infused gose and German pilsner. It sits in the downtown cluster of taprooms that make up Brewery Row, an easy walk between pours.

Founders here lobbied Nevada lawmakers for brewery-friendly licensing, and the Henderson taproom keeps a family-friendly feel with games on hand. Large windows look straight into the working brewhouse and fermentation tanks in the Water Street District. The lineup spans everyday drinkers to seasonal one-offs.

A family-run Henderson operation from twin brothers whose 9th Island pineapple sour is the calling card. It is part of the small cluster of breweries that turned the Water Street District into its own beer destination, drawing regulars from across the valley.

Running since 2007 inside a 1930s-era building outfitted with Hoover Dam construction equipment as decor. In Boulder City on the metro's eastern edge, and a natural stop for anyone making the drive out to the dam, with house beers poured under old dam-era relics.
