Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas · Paradise
Johnathan L. Wright reported in the Las Vegas Review-Journal that Stefan Gastager and Franz Krondorfer worked from the original Munich plans, opening in January 2004 across 19,000 square feet under a red roof of 70,000 beaver tail tiles. The dining room seats 380 at long communal white oak tables and the biergarten seats 480, with hand sewn leaves on artificial walnut trees and a stone lion fountain. Beers arrive from Munich under the Purity Law of 1516. Order the Riesenbrezen combo with Obatzda and sweet mustard.
Beerhaus · The Strip
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported the completion of this cornerstone building at The Park near T-Mobile Arena: 7,150 square feet of ground up structural steel finished in brick veneer inside and out, with room for 450 guests. The paper says the beer list changes constantly and the kitchen runs a rotisserie, sausage and sandwich menu. Much of the seating sits outside on the Strip promenade that runs to the arena doors. Order a sausage and whatever is new on tap.
