Hummus and baba ganouj arrive with warm bread, the shawarma is carved to order, and the grilled meat plates come with rice and salad. It is a lunch room first, and the downtown crowd keeps it moving.

The salmon chelo mahi arrives in a saffron and barberry sauce, and the khoresht comes in a pomegranate and walnut sauce that takes hours to build.
