Tom Douglas's downtown bakery is home to his famous Triple Coconut Cream Pie, with coconut in its crust and toasted coconut on top, sold as a whole pie, a six-inch pie, a slice or a single bite. The small counter also turns out a big pastry selection and breakfast sandwiches on house-made English muffins, with only a few seats outside, so most orders go to go.
