Emporium Pies began as a pop-up run by Megan Wilkes and Mary Sparks and got its start in a small house in Bishop Arts in 2012, then grew to four pie shops around Dallas-Fort Worth; White Rhino Coffee, a Dallas coffee company, bought the business in 2025. This Bishop Arts shop is the original, selling pie by the slice or whole. Order the Smooth Operator, silk chocolate on a pretzel crust.
