The Seattle Times says this Lake Union brewpub holds 250 people in its beer garden and still runs out of seats on a sunny Sunday, with drinkers standing, dipping their feet in the lake or floating alongside on kayaks. Head brewer Kyle Hansen sold more than 35,000 pints in one July filling 16 taps.
