Hello Sweet Cream is Ryan VanderGiesen's small-batch scoop shop in the La Tienda center in Eldorado, open since 2024. Instead of churning air into the base, the shop freezes its ice cream quickly on a super-cold table and forms it by hand, which keeps the ice crystals small and the texture smooth and dense. The rich, fudge-like chocolate is the mainstay, and the other flavors rotate with the seasons, a non-dairy one among them. Order the chocolate.
