Each winter Hofbräuhaus Buffalo's beer hall extends outside into the Christkindlmarkt, a German Christmas market built around the bar's own downtown space. Step Out Buffalo describes horse-drawn carriage rides, a beer barrel Christmas tree lighting, local choirs and visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus, alongside the bar's usual German food and beer. Wooden stalls from local artisans line the market for browsing between rounds. Order a mug of glühwein, the warm mulled wine the market is built around, alongside a stein from the regular beer list.
