Big Ditch Brewing Company · Downtown
One of downtown Buffalo's standout brewery-and-restaurant combinations, with a huge but welcoming taproom on East Huron Street.
Chandler Street Breweries · Black Rock
A Chandler Street brewery taproom at 166 Chandler St. The house is built on collaboration between brewers rather than one label, with a bar area, reservations and online ordering. Ask what the collaboration taps are pouring, since shared brewing is the premise the room opened on.
Hofbräuhaus Buffalo · Downtown
A German-style beer hall pouring Festbier and Hofbrau classics downtown.
