Wright reported in the Las Vegas Review-Journal that Stefan Gastager and Franz Krondorfer worked from the original Munich plans, opening in January 2004 across 19,000 square feet under a red roof of 70,000 beaver tail tiles. The dining room seats 380 at long communal white oak tables and the biergarten seats 480, with hand sewn leaves on artificial walnut trees and a stone lion fountain. Beers arrive from Munich under the Purity Law of 1516. Order the Riesenbrezen combo with Obatzda and sweet mustard.
