J'adore the French Bakery comes from Teddy and Sophia Dumoulin, who sold their bakery in France before opening in Altamonte Springs. French butter and flour support layered croissants, pain au chocolat, baguettes, quiche and sandwiches filled with country pâté or French ham and brie. An overnight fermented traditional baguette adds caramelized crust and a soft crumb to the case.
