Kansas City Magazine dates this Waldo brewery to 2014 and describes traditional German style brews, an indoor taproom and an outdoor Biergarten built for families and celebrations. In 2025 the magazine reported the brewery breaking ground on a second site in Lenexa, a two acre plot with a large Bierhalle, covered patio and biergarten, while the Waldo brewery and taproom stay open unchanged and keep all retail production.
