Then-owner Randy McArthur sought advice from New Orleans bakers and added praline filling, icing and beads; sales reached 1,200 the next year. In 2023, later owner Scott Rinaberger expected about 500 by Shrove Tuesday. The bakery offered filled quarter-sheet cakes with strawberry cheese or brownie filling.
