A seventh generation family orchard on Oatka Trail in Le Roy that added a bakery in 2009. CITY Magazine describes fry cakes made fresh to order while you watch through the kitchen's screen door, light in color and texture with a soft cakey quality, served hot in a paper bag with cinnamon sugar or without. The bakery runs mid September through October only, on Saturdays and Sundays, while the orchard keeps daily hours. Come on a weekend morning, order the fry cakes hot, and add an apple pie or a crisp.
