An Oklahoma City candy shop built on caramel cooked the old way, with heavy cream and sugar and very little corn syrup, so it comes out buttery and melts in the mouth. Everything is made by hand in small batches on site, starting with the salted whiskey caramel that launched the business, with apple, espresso and browned butter and honey caramels also on year-round. The case adds candied pecans, naked toffee, handmade marshmallows and a dye-free cotton candy. Order the salted whiskey caramels.
