Mountain West Cider moved into grape wine with the Capitol Hill Cellars bottle line, spanning sparkling wine, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon and a red blend. The wine is bottled and labeled at the North 400 West producer, where visitors can taste or purchase bottles alongside the house ciders. The combined lineup gives the cidery a broader cellar without losing its neighborhood tasting room feel.
