Old Town Cellars sources wine to blend and bottle in Park City while welcoming visitors through flights and a bottle shop on Main Street. The tasting format gives context to the cellar's work, and the central Old Town location is easy to combine with dinner. It functions as both a working local wine label and an accessible tasting room.

La Caille Restaurant maintains a vineyard at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and makes estate wine under the Chateau La Caille name. Seyval Blanc and rosé connect the grounds directly to the bottle, with on site purchases and tastings available by appointment. The winery component sits within a larger restaurant estate, so advance planning is important for visitors focused specifically on wine.

The Hive Winery and Brandy Company works with fruit and honey rather than limiting its cellar to grapes. Black currant, cranberry and other fruit wines sit beside mead, giving a tasting flight a distinctly local agricultural frame. The Layton production room and shop provide a northern stop for the small winery founded there in 2011.

Mountain West Cider moved into grape wine with the Capitol Hill Cellars bottle line, spanning sparkling wine, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon and a red blend. The wine is bottled and labeled at the North 400 West producer, where visitors can taste or purchase bottles alongside the house ciders. The combined lineup gives the cidery a broader cellar without losing its neighborhood tasting room feel.
